The Analytics & Insights organization create a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategy, via deep consumer, retailer and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.
This role is within the Baby Care Europe organization. You will combine analytics and insights to directly influence business strategy, pricing, media investments, and go-to-market strategy for Pampers Europe. You will use various analytics tools to analyze data, identify key business drivers and assess the impact of investments. You will also use big data sources and analytics to understand consumers and markets and develops algorithmic models for forecasting.

Job Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field: business informatics, economics, finance, mathematics/statistics, computer science, quantitative social sciences ;

Familiar and worked with tools similar to Python, R+, MATLAB, SPSS, KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire ;

Strong analytical skills and an analytical problem solver ;

Leadership skills, envisioning improvement paths, direction setting and enrolling others to achieve results;

Ability to deliver sound, genuine insights and strategic recommendations against defined business objectives;

Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication skills;

Experience: Internship or junior level of job experience applying above to business environment (preferred).
